Is it necessary to have an account to shop on iShop?

Yes, it's necessary to log into your iShop account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You'll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?

The products listed as 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability with sellers on ishop.

What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now. Use 'Notify Me' feature to know once it's available with sellers for purchase.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. 170001), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

Can I cancel my order?

You can Easily Cancel your order any time before processing the delivery.

What is mean by scheduled delivery?

If you choose your delivery method as scheduled delivery, the order arrived in a particular time slot. Rather than 60-minute delivery. You can select appropriate time slot from our list.

How does iShop prevent card fraud?

Online payments are monitored by our systems for any suspicious activity and some transactions are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorized by the owner of the card. When we're not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share relevant proofs. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorized.

What is Cash/Card on delivery?

Cash/Card Payment on Delivery (C-o-D) method, you can pay in cash/card at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used during the time of delivery of C-o-D orders Note: E-Gift Vouchers or store credit available, should be redeemed during the check-out process on website.

Can’t find a product, what can I do?

Make sure there are no spelling mistakes in your search words. If the product is unavailable, there are two easy ways to suggest to us to add it. You can either visit the side menu and tap the suggest a product option or suggest the product via the no results search screen. We will do our best to include it in the application as of the earliest.

I can’t find my area, what do I do?

Send us a location request through the app or the website from the area selection screen. iShop will update you once the service is available in the requested area.

Is there a minimum order?

Depending on your location and choice of supermarket, the minimum order may differ from shop to shop. You can check the minimum order of your preferred shop by adding an item to your basket and visiting it.
